Frequently Asked Questions

Lecturers can submit proposals through the SIMLPPM system. Login using your institutional account, select the appropriate scheme, then complete the form and upload supporting documents.

Available schemes include: Basic Research, Applied Research, Development Research, and Collaborative Research. Each scheme has different requirements and funding amounts.

Monitoring and evaluation is conducted twice in one period: internal (mid-term) and final. The reviewer team will assess progress based on outputs promised in the proposal.

For LPPM internal funding, only permanent lecturers (civil servant and non-civil servant) can submit as principal investigators. Adjunct lecturers can participate as research team members.

E-Complaint can be accessed through the Services menu on the LPPM website. Anyone can submit complaints, suggestions, or feedback regarding LPPM services anonymously or with identity.
